This is the hardest day during my vacation.
Everybody told me that I have to go to Agentina side to see Igusu waterfall, totally different and better than Brizian side. I thought I need a visa, but the guide book didn´t say. I wish I can go. But reality is reality. I do need a visa. After half day in Brazilian side, the dutch couple went to Agentina side. I went to taking speed boat, not as I expected.
Went to bus station, missed the bus to Sao Paulo. Then decided go to Curitiba to do the train trip which is nice as lonely planet sayes. But it was raining when I reached there. Jumped onto a bus to Sao Paulo. Hope that I could catch my flight to Chile. BIg trafic. delayed one hour and half. Shared a taxi with some guy.
Big troubles. My travel agent bought from Caribbean airline, Caribbean airline bought from TAM, and TAM share seats with LAN, my flight is LAN. But LAN did not accept my ticket. I have the ticket but I could not aboard. I walked between TAM office and LAN ckeck in desk 3 times, back and forth. Fortunately I got boarding, but next flight, 4 hours later.
I try to avoid to reach somewhere at midnight. Now I don´t have choice. Reached Santiago 11:15.
This was not the worset thing. The worst thing is the chilian visa offcer forgot stamping on my visa. But I had no idea at the begning, because the imigtation officers don´t speak much english. I sat in the office more than half hour without any clue. Finally a lady came in and ask me some question to test me. Thanks to my job. Because it is quite special. Finally they believe that I just come here for vacation and the visa is vaid.
Failed to buy air ticket to Easter Island because it´s too late.
Got hotel, 40 USD, this is the most expensive one since I started my trip.
Such a long day. I was exhausted.
By the way, met two guy from Taiwan. Nice guy. Thank a lot.
